Report: ATC contract to cost FAA nearly $670M

Sources say a new contract with air traffic controllers will cost the FAA an extra $669 million over three years, with most of the raises kicking in during years two and three. The contract reportedly calls for less than $100 million in additional salaries for fiscal 2010, though those funds are not included in the FAA's current budget.
