West Virginia to receive $22.5M from Lilly in Zyprexa suit

Eli Lilly and Co. agreed to pay West Virginia $22.5 million to end litigation on alleged improper marketing of antipsychotic drug Zyprexa. The settlement is part of Lilly's $1.42 billion deal with the Justice Department to resolve a marketing investigation.
