Deere CEO: America's business leaders need global ambition

It's the beginning of the "century of Asia," and America's next generation of business leaders needs to work hard and think globally to compete, says Samuel Allen, CEO of Deere & Co. "You have to work hard," he told graduates from Purdue University's business school. "You are competing against the person in India who lives in a tin shack, goes to school all day and then goes to work."
