Appeals court sides with Colo. in online-tax case

A federal appeals court has ruled that a lower court erred last year when it threw out Colorado's law that imposes reporting requirements on online retailers that don't collect sales tax. The decision might force Amazon and other online retailers to start collection, but that could hinge on whether opponents, including the Direct Marketing Association, continue their legal challenge.
