CBS stays on top with viewers despite blackout

CBS was the most-watched broadcast network for the eighth week running, with 5.37 million viewers and 11 of the top 20 prime-time shows, according to Nielsen. The result comes despite the network's retrans dispute with Time Warner Cable that has blacked out CBS stations on the carrier in Dallas, Los Angeles and New York. A survey, however, reveals that CBS' reputation with viewers has been harmed in the dispute.
