Infosys faces discrimination lawsuit over foreign hires

A lawsuit that could gain class action status accuses software company Infosys of discriminating against job seekers by demonstrating a hiring preference toward workers from South Asia who are willing to work at lower wages. "There aren't a lot of cases like this. It certainly raises some great issues," says Merrick Rossein, a professor at City University of New York's law school.
