Report: Outdated tech stymies feds' mobile productivity gains

An inadequate infrastructure is preventing the federal government from realizing thousands of dollars in productivity gains for each employee who could connect to a network through their mobile device rather than a computer, according to a survey paid for by Brocade, a data and storage networking specialist. Managers complain that their mobile efforts are hindered by slow connections, cumbersome security procedures and limited network access.
