German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble has conceded for the first time that there is no practical way to avoid a third financial rescue for Greece. "There will have to be another program for Greece," he said. Schaeuble rejects another debt haircut but says interest rates on eurozone loans to Greece might be lowered. Meanwhile, Joerg Asmussen, a member of the European Central Bank Executive Board, is set to visit Greece to discuss its reform progress.
