Women's retirement funds too often spring leaks

A study from Aon Hewitt indicates that women who take out loans from their retirement accounts are more likely than men to fail to pay them back, and that they are less likely than men to save enough in a 401(k) to win the employer match. To patch up a money-leaking retirement account, experts suggest setting aside enough money to get any matching funds, halting 401(k) borrowing and making IRS-allowed catch-up contributions.
