Banks respond to MiFID II provision

The revised Markets in Financial Instruments Directive includes a measure that forces banks to disclose margins on structured products. Deutsche Bank, Societe Generale and UBS oppose the measure. "Non-MiFID firms are not required to disclose, and hence this would result in a competitive disadvantage to MiFID firms," according to Deutsche Bank.
