Del. law allows more access to online accounts of deceased

A new Delaware law grants estate lawyers and family representatives more access to online accounts of deceased individuals. Separately, Twitter says it will make exceptions to its image policy to let family members of deceased individuals remove photos, following the posting of graphic images of beheaded photojournalist James Foley on the site.
