Norwegian Air Shuttle confronts challenges

Lawsuits from passengers are beleaguering low-cost airline Norwegian Air Shuttle just as the U.S. is deciding whether to permit its Ireland-based operation to expand trans-Atlantic options for U.S. passengers. The airline has suffered problems with its Dreamliner planes, prompting more than 35,000 Norwegian flyers to file lawsuits totaling more than $28 million.
