The anecdotes may be on the extreme side, with tales of freelancers demanding mid-six figure salaries to join agencies, but it does seem clear that there are more jobs in digital than their are able bodies to fill them. Recruiter Amy Hoover said, "Salaries are rising, and there's a game of musical chairs going on at the agencies, with a finite amount of people available for these positions."
