An informal poll conducted by Pioneer Press reporter Leslie Brooks Suzukamo at a Minneapolis-area shopping center found that mobile-phone users were not uniformly thrilled at the prospect of their providers serving advertising via their phones, although many indicated they would welcome ads if their bills were reduced as a result.
