Facebook seeks better engagement with new ads

Among the first marketers to sign up for Facebook's new "engagement" ads are Adidas, General Mills' Betty Crocker unit and the new DreamWorks Pictures movie "Tropic Thunder." The ads reportedly are intended to allow the social network's users to recommend a product or film via the ad, without having to exit the page they're viewing.
