Senators stall on small-business bill

The Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010 will still be up for consideration when lawmakers return to Capitol Hill next month. The measure promises to make it more simple for small businesses to get loans, as well as tax breaks and investment incentives. President Barack Obama has said he wants to restore the previous Small Business Administration loan guarantee level back up to 90%.
