Software program wins national group's top accessibility rating

The National Federation of the Blind is endorsing a Blackboard learning-management system because of its accessibility for people who cannot see or have visual impairments. According to the product's maker, the product was the only LMS to earn a top rating from the group, which has a certification program to evaluate and test the accessibility of new educational technology.
