Why being a worrying workaholic doesn't help business

Worry and self-criticism may make you feel as though you are working hard, but it won't help you get more accomplished, Dan Pallotta writes. Instead, he suggests taking care of yourself and acknowledging the productivity of time spent away from your desk. "We have to rethink what it means to work and to be productive. We have to disentangle self-hatred from responsibility, self-criticism from self-care," he writes.
