Work on I-95's "missing link" set to begin in N.J., Pa.

Plans to construct the 12-mile "missing link" of Interstate 95 at the border of Pennsylvania and New Jersey are in the works. Drivers on the 2,000-mile interstate have had to divert to other roads in those two states, where I-95 just disappears. Work is scheduled to begin within weeks.
