$5B worth of projects delayed in New York, New Jersey

Capital projects worth about $5 billion are on hold after the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey learns its toll and fare increases will be less than it had hoped. Halted projects include rebuilding of terminals at LaGuardia airport and New Jersey's Newark Liberty International Airport, and the development of a bus garage at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. A 10-year capital plan that includes funding for the completion of the World Trade Center has been adjusted to $25.1 billion.
