HHS earmarks $40M for child insurance enrollment

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has announced $40 million to support 39 states in their initiatives to determine children's eligibility for the Children's Health Insurance Program and Medicaid. About $20 million will go to 10 states to help them deploy IT systems to streamline their insurance program enrollment and renewal processes.
