Retirement plans are a must for entrepreneurs

Only 16% of women business owners have some type of retirement plan in place. Setting one up isn't as expensive as it may seem, writes financial adviser Mike Blaes. Owners should consider personal 401(k) plans if just they or their spouse work for the company. For those with more employees an SEP or SIMPLE IRA can do the job.
