UK high school bans students from wearing skirts

A high school in the United Kingdom has banned students from wearing skirts in response to concerns about inappropriate attire in school. At another school that introduced such a ban, the policy was criticised for being too restrictive, while some said it was an improvement. Before the ban was put in place, some students were sent home for wearing skirts that were too short.
