3 men accused of fraudulently inflating tribe's building-project costs

Three men have been charged with inflating costs on a construction project done for an American Indian tribe. One of the men was the administrator for the tribe, and another man is a contractor and developer. Two of the men were granted bail, but bail issues remain unresolved for the third man, who a prosecutor said took more than $11 million in the scheme.
