AT&T: Critics of FaceTime policy "rushed to judgment"

AT&T asserted in a blog post Wednesday that limiting use on its network of the Apple iPhone's FaceTime application to only those who subscribe to AT&T's new MobileShare plan does not violate the Federal Communications Commission's Net neutrality regulations. "AT&T does not have a similar preloaded video chat app that competes with FaceTime or any other preloaded video chat application," wrote Bob Quinn, a senior vice president at AT&T.
