Analysis: Disruptions during Minn. online tests had little impact on scores

Minnesota students who took online state proficiency tests last spring faced some challenges, such as slow loading times and delays in starting and stopping the tests. In advance of test scores being published next week, the Minnesota Department of Education has published a commissioned analysis that determined the disruptions did not have a significant effect on students' scores.
