Children's wearable blankets recalled over choking risk

HALO voluntarily recalled its SleepSacks wearable blankets for babies because the satin flower petals on the sleepers can detach and pose a choking risk. There have been six reports of these petals detaching, in which one resulted in an infant gagging, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
