Fed minutes suggest bond buying will taper off in September

The minutes of the Federal Open Market Committee's meeting in July point to support for scaling back the central bank's bond buying this fall, probably starting in September, although that could change if the economy falters. The committee was largely in agreement that the economic recovery will pick up momentum in the second half of this year.
