For leaders, impatience is a virtue

Leaders shouldn't set too much stock in patience as a virtue, writes Karin Hurt. It's often more productive to be impatient and prod your employees -- albeit in a careful and transparent way. "Urgency without explanation frustrates. Ensure the team understands how the urgency links to the bigger picture," Hurt advises.
