Neb. county takes over Pawnee Aviation after company defaults on loan

Pawnee Aviation, a helicopter kit company, borrowed $300,000 from the revolving loan program in Red Willow County, Neb., in December 2004. The company recently defaulted on the loan and owner Ron Willocks signed over its remaining assets to the county, including a prototype experimental helicopter.
