R.I. university teaches medical students how to cook

Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I., is teaching physicians-in-training how to cook to improve their nutrition knowledge so they can help patients with medical conditions or those who struggle with unhealthy lifestyles. The culinary medicine program, in its first year, is a partnership between Johnson & Wales and Tulane University Medical School in New Orleans.
