Startup helps videos go viral

Alex Debelov and Vladimir Gurgov created a startup called Virool, which offers an advertising platform that can help video content to go viral. "Good content matters, but viral videos don't become viral by themselves. ... You have to find the audience that has an affinity for a particular advertiser's brand of content," Debelov said. Virool uses analytics to determine where and when a user is most likely to share a video. Some 12,000 advertisers have signed up to date, and the startup has brought in more than $6 million in investment.
