Pop star Taylor Swift is using Twitter and Facebook to promote a fragrance line. An interactive video called "#HiFromTaylor" pulls in images and details from users' Facebook profiles to create the impression that the viewer is starring in a video with Swift, in an effort that marketer Charles Nordeen says was designed to leverage the enthusiasm of Swift's online fans. "She could post a blade of grass and they'd say, 'Whoa -- crazy!' " Nordeen says. "For them, it's super-cool to see her interacting with their photos, timeline, location and dates."
