Why companies need to cut back on innovation

Having too much innovation can be as big a problem as having too little, experts say. It's important to figure out how much innovation you need to reach your core goals and not to innovate needlessly, says consultant Robert Sher. "You never have enough resources and time to attack all your opportunities," he explains. "You want to focus on the best ones."
