Cyber Security Challenge UK to close skills gap

British intelligence officials have joined with industry heavyweights including Microsoft and PwC to sponsor a yearlong public challenge designed to close the cybersecurity skills gap by identifying promising amateur hackers and cyber-sleuths. Cyber Security Challenge UK, which is being run by the British spy agency GCHQ, has attracted more than 11,000 participants and will culminate in a live finale.
