Arizona governor to announce national education reform plan

Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano today was expected to announce a $325 billion plan for U.S. schools that would include a standardized curriculum, more rigorous teacher training and universal preschool. The plan, which Napolitano says will go far beyond NCLB's requirements, is aimed at updating the public education system for the 21st century.
