Communication is the key to resolving teacher-student conflict, according to one Illinois educator, and experts say that conflicts can be resolved if they are addressed early. Educators say teachers should tell parents early and often if their children are behaving badly in class, and teachers also should communicate with the students to find out what is behind their bad behavior.
