Florida engineers reroute runoff away from Rainbow River

Florida engineers are rerouting untreated storm runoff away from the state's Rainbow River. The water will be collected in a retention pond on the river's west bank. "If it doesn't go in, we don't have to treat for it," said Tracy Straub, Ocala County's storm water engineer.
