Feinberg owns up to "no-sue" proposal

Ken Feinberg, the new head of the Gulf of Mexico spill-claims facility, said that the "no-sue" settlement rule for spill-affected individuals and businesses was his proposal and not BP's. Under the rule, anyone who secures a final payment from BP's $20 billion spill fund may not sue the U.K. oil major. Feinberg said he has yet to decide whether the requirement will include other companies that may be liable for the disaster.
