Marcia Turner writes that she has used interns and virtual assistants to help her marketing agency grow and meet deadlines, but that recently she tried a new tack: outsourcing her market research to India. At just $14 an hour, it was an affordable experiment with a certain degree of success, but she writes that she's not ready to wholeheartedly recommend it to other entrepreneurs.
