Las Vegas groups help children get meals on weekends

Community groups in Las Vegas, such as Three Square and Chefs for Kids, provide summer and weekend food supplies for poor children who rely on free school breakfast and lunches during the school year. Nutritionists helped to vet 11 food items to use in meal boxes for children on the weekends, including chili, cereal and shelf-stable milk.
