P.F. Chang's adds cachet to boxed wine

P.F. Chang's China Bistro is the first national chain to partner with a winery to produce high-quality boxed wine, as part of efforts to cut costs and eliminate environmental waste. The chain's Vineyard 518 Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc sell for about $2 less per glass than comparable wines from a bottle. The wines are dispensed from a tap behind the bar, so guests never see the box.
