Singapore welcomes back departed franchise brands

A host of restaurant companies that closed their doors in Singapore in recent years are returning as part of their quest to boost revenue through international expansion. Casual concepts Chili's and T.G.I. Friday's returned to the market last year after a decade-long absence; Dunkin' Donuts is back, with a casual dining concept to replace the quickservice doughnut kiosks of yore; and Wendy's is back selling burgers and fries through a new franchise agreement.
