Two Jacksonville retail centers secure $25M refinance loan

Atlantic Kernan and Marsh Landing, two retail centers in Jacksonville, Fla., have secured refinancing from Wells Fargo. The bank provided a $25 million, five-year fixed-rate loan for the properties, which have maintained a 90% occupancy rate. Atlantic Kernan, a 163,270-square-foot shopping center, is anchored by BJ's Wholesale. Marsh Landing is a 59,586-square-foot retail center with no anchor.
