Why you should ban the word "innovation"

Most genuinely great ideas came about without anyone worrying about whether they were being innovative or not, says Scott Berkun. Forget about "innovation," Berkun advises, and instead focus simply on solving problems and providing value to your customers. "It's a good word to let other people say about you, rather than use it in reference to yourself," Berkun notes.
