California aviation museum will reopen in November

The Museum of Flying at the Santa Monica Airport in Santa Monica, Calif., plans to reopen in November. "We are excited that the museum will once again be able to preserve and present the history of aviation and inspire children to excel in academics with an emphasis on science, technology, engineering and mathematics," says David G. Price, museum chairman. The museum closed in 2002 because of economic issues.
