Chef brings French training to new Singapore venture

Singapore chef Justin Quek has opened Sky on 57, a restaurant that uses his French training to create dishes with Asian and French ingredients and techniques. "The difference between me and a French chef is that I think Asian," he said. "The sauce with my pepper lobster is different from the pepper sauce that goes with steak."
