Ikea's San Diego store launches solar power grid

Swedish retailing giant Ikea officially plugged in photovoltaic solar panels at its San Diego store Tuesday that can generate 366,000 kilowatt hours of clean energy a year. The launch makes the outlet Ikea's tenth completed solar upgraded store, with 10 more stores across the U.S. slated to get solar power.
