OPEC members await conclusion of Libya unrest

The revolt in Libya has led key members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries to adopt a "wait-and-see" approach on oil output. Libyan rebels seized the country's capital, Tripoli, on Sunday. Saudi Arabia said it will pull back oil production after Libya is able to supply oil, but other OPEC members say it will take a while before Libya returns to the oil market.
