Forever 21 cuts workers' hours ahead of ACA

Forever 21 has announced that all its line employees will be asked to work 29.5 hours a week or less. The company says the move wasn't spurred by the provision of the Affordable Care Act that will penalize companies that don't provide health benefits to employees who work at least 30 hours per week.
